After launch
Thirty days to correct defects in HSE’s delivered work from acceptance, under the Website Agreement. Ongoing care is available by separate agreement.

Once accepted and paid for, we assist with the agreed launch and supply the final handover material.

Pricing is project specific
We recommend a price after understanding the pages, content, integrations and delivery needs. Your proposal shows the total in AUD, an itemised breakdown and the deposit and balance.
Only agreed work is included
Domains, hosting, paid services and other third-party charges are listed separately where relevant. Additional work is priced and approved in writing before it begins.
Stay in control
You review the scope and preview at each stage. We won’t treat a design review as approval for a separate service or extra charge.
